ISCHIA BLOG PRIZE WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF CORRIERE, REPUBBLICA, LA STAMPA, 24ORE AND ANSA ADNKRONOS

This year online selection will be held to assign recognition to the blog of the year. Last year in only four months, the International Ischia Prize website received over 120 thousand contacts and over 12 thousand votes. The principal Italian bloggers were involved. The jury included along with coordinator Cristina Tagliabue, the coordinators for the websites of the Corriere della Sera, La Stampa, Repubblica, Il Sole 24 Ore, Ansa and Adnkronos. The special recognition for blog of the year is assigned through an online vote on the official site of the Premio Ischia (http://www.premioischia.it), where anyone can participate without registration; each person is free to vote only once. The nomination begins through a selection of 10 Italian blogs – personal or collective – that have distinguished themselves during the year for best exclusive news, timing (anticipation before other news sources), precision (with in-depth details regarding the information) and credibility. Blogs that are tied to political parties or agencies have not been taken into consideration. Other categories for selection include the presence of links, tags of citations on major online blogging systems such as Liquida, Wikio and BlogBabel. Among the top ten blogs that have been chose unquestionably be the jury, one winner will be chosen to receive recognition for Blog of the year - the blog who received most online votes by the pre-recored date of June 25th 2010. The jury coordinated by Cristina Sivieri Tagliabue, will constitute Marco Pratellesi (Corriere.it), Anna Masera (LaStampa.it), Giuseppe Smorto (Repubblica.it), Daniele Bellasio (IlSole24Ore.com), and those in charge of the agencies Ansa and Adn Kronos
